She passed her MA in Environmental Management from Yale University and dedicated herself to save the environment.

Suman Mishra, CEO of Mahindra Electric

Suman Mishra is the Mahindra and Mahindra Automotive Division's Senior Vice President and Group Strategy Officer. Her primary focus is on strategy development and implementation, as well as investing in and evaluating new innovative venture-related items. In 2015, she joined the Mahindra Group. As Chief Vice President of the Group's Strategic Office, she was instrumental in developing and implementing business, automotive, agriculture, hospitality, and electricity strategies. Rashmi Urdhwareshe has been a board member of the Automotive Monitoring Association of India (ARAI) since 2014. She was known for the development of electronic control and emission measurement in irrigation tests and for setting up a distribution laboratory in India. Rashmi was born in Nagpur, and later obtained a master's degree in electronics from Pune College of Engineering. She has extensive experience in automotive research and development, testing and certification, and developing testing standards and regulations. She also received the Nari Shakti Puraskar in 2019 on International Women's Day from president Ram Nath Kovind. She has been felicitated for her extraordinary achievements in the automotive industry. She has received several other awards including the 2015 Women's Outstanding Achievement Award (Rotary and Pune), Outstanding Alumni Award, the Engineering Excellence Award 2017(SAE-India Foundation), the Lifetime Achievement Award 2018 (Trust ODSER), and Business Achievement Award in 2018. Apart from this, she is a Sitar player and a state-level bridge athlete.
