Ola Electric, the electric scooter manufacturer, in India, has recently introduced its lineup of four electric scooters set to be available in the market by 2024. The new range of bikes comprises four models; Cruiser, Adventure, Roadster, and Diamond Head EV Bike Prototype. These motorcycles are estimated to have a range of 300 to 350 kilometers. Ola Electric aims to compete with Ultraviolet F77 through its line of two-wheeled transportation vehicles that are scheduled for production in 2024. This launch represents a milestone for Ola Electric as it strives to promote the adoption of vehicles, across India.

Ola Electric, situated in Bangalore, Karnataka, India is an electric two-wheeler manufacturer. By May 2023 it has been valued at $6 billion making it India's largest electric two-wheeler manufacturer. Established in 2017 as a subsidiary of ANI Technologies (the parent company of Ola Cabs) Ola Electric's primary objective is to minimize taxi emissions and reduce fuel dependency by transitioning to mobility. The company operates its manufacturing facility, in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. Offers a range of scooters including the S1 Air, S1, and S1 Pro models.

Ola Electric aims to transform India into a power station by reducing emissions and diminishing reliance on fossil fuels. In line with this vision, the company has committed to discontinuing the sale of petrol two-wheelers in India after 2025 while focusing on the production of vehicles. To stay at the forefront of technology advancements in battery innovation for their products Ola Electric has established a Battery Innovation Center in Bangalore housing over 500 engineers. Additionally, their Futurefactory stands as the world's most advanced friendly facility for manufacturing two-wheelers. Having successfully raised $822.29 million and with its funding round being Series C II which secured $200 million about a year ago Ola Electric holds an impressive position, within the industry.
