Shark Tank India is a very popular Indian business reality show that airs on Sony Entertainment Television. The show is the Indian franchise of the American show Shark Tank. It shows entrepreneurs making business presentations to a panel of investors or sharks, who decide whether to invest in their company.Shark TANK season 2 aired on Sony LIV and Sony Entertainment Television from 2nd Jan 2023.

 The show is hosted by comedian Rahul Dua, and graced by six judges, better known as sharks – Anupam Mittal Founder-CEO of Shaadi.com – People Group; Aman Gupta, Co-Founder-CMO of boAt; Namita Thapar, Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals; Vineeta Singh, Co-Founder-CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics; Peyush Bansal, Founder-CEO of Lenskart.com and Amit Jain, Co-Founder-CEO of CarDekho Group and InsuranceDekho.com.

In the 24th episode of Shark Tank India, Geeani India’s first smallest and cheapest e-tractor presents the pitch. Divyarajsinh Bihola, Prajal Geeta Menon and Anitha Panikar are the founders.They are from Ahmedabad. They are teachers and teach students from class 5 to 12, diploma engineering students and teach JEE NEET aspirants.

About Geeani

Majority of farmers in India have less than 5 acres of land .Due to low income these farmers cannot buy tractors, but they bring tractors on rent which consumes 60% of their income.Geeani is India’s first smallest and cheapest e-tractor. This is specially designed for farmers with small lands. aim to sell these tractors at a very low market price to the farmers who cannot afford expensive ones. This reduces the crop size and increases yield. It can be used for intercropping. At this moment Geeani is a pre-revenue company, but more than 500 enquiries came to them after their shark tank episode aired.

These three entrepreneurs came to Shark Tank India with a pitch of Rs. 75 lakhs against 7.5% equity. The pitcher also told the judges that they have already received an order of 100 units as the season is about to get started.Final deal was closed for ₹1 crore at 10% equity.
