Auto Expo 2023: location, dates, what to expect, and more
Auto Expo excites every car lover and emerged as one of the largest events of the Indian automotive industry over a period of time. One of the largest organizations in the Indian automotive industry, the society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) organized this event every two years. In this event, various automobile manufacturers will showcase new cars, bikes, commercial vehicles, and more.
Due to concerns about the COVID-19 spread in other parts of the world, it has been decided not to hold the Auto expo in 2022 and it will be returning in January 2023. You can expect impressive concept cars and green and clean vehicles and other forms of sustainable powertrains at the upcoming Auto Expo 2023.
What to expect in Auto Expo 2023
We can expect that Auto Expo 2023 will feature a variety of cars and motorcycles. Leading car manufacturers will showcase various concept models and sustainable vehicles at the event. Luxury car brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover and BMW are also expected to participate in the event.
We can also expect innovative vehicles in the EV segment from some of the big EV players and startups. Some EV manufacturers and makers like BYD India, Log9 Materials, Okinawa Motors Technology, ELMoto, Hero Electric, Torque Motors, and all other EV startups will be present at the event. Electric vehicle manufacturers and engineering companies such as Greaves Cotton, and Omega Seiki Mobility will also mark their presence at the event.
Auto Expo 2023 is expected to feature some car and two-wheeler manufacturers companies such as Motovolt, Sledgehammer, Divot, Fujiyama, LML, Quantum, and Ultraviolet.
Date and Timings of Auto Expo 2023
Auto Expo 2023 will be held between January 13th to January 18th in 2023. Opening timings for the public will be on
- January 14th and 15th: 11 am to 8 pm
- January 16th and 17th: 11 am to 7 pm
- January 18th: 11 am to 6 pm
The general entrance to the center closes one hour before closing time each day and the exhibition hall closes half an hour before closing time.
Location of Auto Expo 2023
Auto Expo 2023 will be held at India Expo Mart, which is located near Jaypee Golf Course in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, the Auto Expo-Component Show will be held at Pragati Maidan, Delhi. The hall is said to accommodate around 8,000 vehicles.
Expo Mart is well connected to Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and other parts of the NCR area through road and metro networks. The 8-lane Greater Noida Expressway connects central Delhi, New Delhi Railway Station, and Indira Gandhi International Airport. In addition, it is easily accessible by public and private transport.
